Victoria sparked her love for fitness and nutrition after spending her childhood as a competitive dancer. Once dance was no longer accessible, she wanted something to keep her moving and so she found CrossFit in 2016. CrossFit changed Victoria’s perception of how the average person is supposed to look and function. After overcoming years of struggling with food and body image, she decided that being strong is better for both the mind and body and now helps others to find a balance and to gain this perspective. Victoria’s passion for helping others through exercise and nutrition stemmed from her helping her own father to lose over 75 lbs and to get off of his blood pressure medication. Now they’re regular workout partners!
On track for medical school, Victoria decided that preventative medicine in the form of nutrition and exercise is her passion and is pursuing her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. Victoria is a Nutrition and Dietetic graduate student and Dietetic Intern at Boston University where she is working on becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Victoria also works as a CrossFit trainer at CrossFit 845 where she introduces newer athletes to the basics of CrossFit movements and improves their diets to look, feel and move better.
