Move The Needle

Meet the team

While studying classical ballet for most of her life, Cat became well versed in nutrition at an early age. While she dabbled in figure skating, field hockey, basketball, swimming and diving, Cat danced professionally for a few years before attending the University of Delaware. In her 20’s she became a bit of a gym rat, then got married, had 2 kids and kind of lost herself. At the ripe old age of 40, Cat found CrossFit and hasn’t looked back. She knew she wanted to help others reach their fullest potential as soon as she started back in 2014. After spending 20+ years in the banking industry, Cat quit corporate America to follow her dreams of training others in nutrition and fitness. She currently owns CrossFit Clarity providing nutrition coaching, personal training, and group training for her clients ages 12 to 72! Cat is currently coaching a 61 year old CrossFit Games hopeful. Cat is the co-host of a podcast called The Clydesdale Fitness & Friends - available on YouTube and all podcast platforms. Episodes include athlete interviews while her friends “chew the fat” each week about workouts, nutrition and life as parents, spouses and masters athletes. Cat has also served in several support roles like judging, athlete control and media at the CrossFit Games and other sanctioned events over the last several years. When she’s not inspiring others, or performing one of her 37 jobs, she’s watching her son play collegiate baseball, working out with her daughter or playing with her gym dogs. Cat lives in Hockessin, Delaware.
