The main force behind Move The Needle is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, sports nutrition, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated by a professional Nutrition Coach and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.

How We Work

  1. Sign up! Fill out the survey and get your account started.
  2. Fill out your profile. Help us understand your current lifestyle. We want to know about your eating habits, your workout routines, work schedule, etc. Give us all the details you feel comfortable sharing.
  3. MTN will contact you and begin our in-depth analysis. We take your lifestyle and goals into consideration to help determine what plan would best fit your lifestyle.
  4. Match you with a coach. We have coaches that specialize in low carb, low fat, counting macronutrients and everything in between. Coaches are trained to work one-on-one with members to help educate members and help them understand the best approach for members to achieve their goals.
  5. Your coach will provide nutritional insight, guidance, directions, tips, and advice on how you can get the best sustainable results.
  6. Start tracking. It’s your job! It’s time to put your plan into action and log your daily nutritional intake.
  7. Check in! Weekly check-ins will help your coach determine what’s working and what areas need to be adjusted. The weekly check-ins will include your daily nutritional logs, energy levels, stress levels, and overall mood.
  8. Move the Needle! Continue to work one-on-one with your coach to reach your weekly goals. Your nutritional plan will constantly evolve based on results, goals, lifestyle and evaluations of the weekly check-ins.
